Weekly Weigh-In March 19, 2017
Every Sunday I will be doing a weekly weigh-in. My goal is to lose 2 pounds per week. Sometimes I’m above or below this goal but those are the ups and downs I promised to share in my original post.
This week I dropped from 219 to 216 with a loss of 3 pounds. That brings my total weight loss to 89 pounds! I ran 2 miles a day for 6 days and rested for 1 day this week.
