Weekly Weigh-In March 26, 2017

Hey, everyone! Welcome to my 2nd Weekly Weigh-in!

This week I lost 1 pound making my weight 215 pounds. I hit the 90 pounds lost mark! That means I only have 40 pounds to lose to hit my goal weight! I came up short of my 2 pound goal for the week because I wasn’t able to exercise as much as I would have liked. First, there was bad weather so I wasn’t able to take my son out for runs in the stroller.

Second, I had a good friend come visit from Texas and we drove down to SoCal to meet up with another good friend! So…lots of driving and hanging out…not a lot of time for exercise. You won’t hear me complaining though! It was great to spend time with them!

I did my own thrown-together workouts in my living room on two of the bad weather days. These workouts consisted of mostly leg and arm exercises with some crunches and jumping jacks. I like to do workoutsΒ I find on Pinterest (you can follow me here!) that target areas of my body that need the most work plus a little cardio with the jumping jacks. These workouts were about 30-45 minutes long. I was able to go on two runs but I was only able to do a mile each time. My friends and I went out to eat a lot so I tried to keep my diet balanced by eating fruits and vegetables/salad when we stayed home. Considering all this, I feel like losing a pound was a big success still!
